Our instructor has been a computer consultant and an instructor for the past ten years.  Prior to training she was associated with a number of corporations as a computer programmer, and a business applications specialist.  She is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. degree in Computer Science.  She is an A+ Certified Technician, a Microsoft Office User Specialist, a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
